- Click Export to CSV and choose a save location
What Gets Exported
The export includes all CRM deal records in your system. Each row in the CSV represents one deal. The file contains the deal details along with the associated contact, pipeline stage, and assigned employee information.
Exported Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| deal_name | The name or title of the deal |
| contact_name | The customer or contact associated with the deal |
| stage | The current pipeline stage of the deal |
| expected_value | The projected monetary value of the deal |
| close_date | The expected or actual close date |
| assigned_to | The employee responsible for managing the deal |
| notes | Any notes or comments attached to the deal |
Common Uses
- Pipeline analysis — Export your deals to a spreadsheet to analyze your sales pipeline. Filter by stage to see how many deals are in each phase, calculate total pipeline value, or identify deals that have been stalled in one stage for too long.
- Reporting — Use the exported data in Excel or another reporting tool to create pipeline reports, revenue forecasts, or sales team performance summaries. Group deals by assigned employee to see individual workloads and expected revenue.
- Backup — Keep a periodic export of your CRM deals as a snapshot of your sales pipeline at a given point in time. This is useful for comparing pipeline health across different periods.
- External sharing — Share a filtered version of your deal data with stakeholders who do not have direct access to AccuArk. Remove any sensitive columns before sharing.
- As a template — If you have no deals yet, the export produces a CSV with only the column headers. Use this as a blank template for preparing your deal import file.
Tips
- Filter in Excel — After exporting, use Excel filters to narrow down deals by stage, assigned employee, or value range for focused analysis.
- Track pipeline changes — Export your deals on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly or monthly) to compare snapshots and identify trends in pipeline growth, deal progression, or close rates.
- Combine with other exports — Pair the deal export with your customer export for a complete picture of each account's active opportunities.
- Re-import compatibility — The exported file uses the same column format accepted by the deal import. However, note that the deal import does not support upsert, so re-importing an exported file will create duplicate deals.
