How Add-ons Work

Extra Location

Adding a location expands your plan by one store with the same number of machines per location as your base plan.

Example: If your plan is 2 locations × 4 machines, adding one location gives you 3 locations × 4 machines each (12 total machines).

Extra Machine

Add individual POS terminals to any of your existing locations. Perfect for seasonal scaling or adding checkout lanes.

Example: You can add 2 extra machines and assign them to whichever locations need more capacity.

Extra Cloud Storage

Increase your cloud storage for backups, product images, documents, and historical data. Billed per gigabyte.

Example: Add 10 GB of extra storage for product catalogs or document archives.

Add-ons can be added or removed anytime from your account dashboard. Changes are prorated.

Every plan includes our complete feature set: POS system, inventory management, financial tracking, invoicing, customer management, reporting, and all future updates at no extra cost. You only pay for capacity (locations and machines).

Upgrades: Yes! You can upgrade your plan instantly from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrades: We recommend starting with a plan that fits your current needs and upgrading as you grow. Plan downgrades are not self-service — they require a formal transfer request with admin review. A processing fee may apply. This policy ensures we can provide consistent service quality and proper data migration for all customers.

Important: Downgrades are only possible if your current usage fits within the target plan's limits. For example, if you're currently using 3 locations, you cannot downgrade to a plan that only supports 2 locations. You would need to reduce your usage before requesting a downgrade.

Every plan includes a free trial with full access to all features. You only pay if you decide to continue after the trial ends. Trial length varies by plan.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.

Extra machines purchased as add-ons are flexible — you can assign them to any of your locations. For example, if you have 3 locations and buy 2 extra machines, you could put both at one busy location or split them across two locations.

Yes! All yearly plans include a 10% discount compared to paying monthly. The yearly price shown is the total annual cost. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from your account.
