Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 2026
Our Commitment
AccuArk© is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to our website and software platform.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance Status
We consider our website and software to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Areas where we currently meet or exceed accessibility standards include:
- Semantic HTML: Proper use of headings, landmarks, and ARIA attributes throughout our website and account portal
- Skip Navigation: A "Skip to main content" link is provided on every page for keyboard and screen reader users
- Keyboard Navigation: All primary website and account portal functions — including forms, menus, dropdowns, and modal dialogs — are accessible via keyboard
- Color Contrast: Text and interactive elements meet the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text
- Alternative Text: Images include descriptive alt text for screen reader users
- Form Labels: All form inputs across our contact form, login, registration, and account portal have associated labels for assistive technology
- Responsive Design: Content adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels up to 200%, and both portrait and landscape orientations
- Focus Indicators: Visible focus outlines are provided for all interactive elements to assist keyboard navigation
- Breadcrumb Navigation: Contextual breadcrumbs are provided on all inner pages to help users understand their location
Measures Taken
AccuArk© takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Accessibility is considered during the design and development of new features
- We use automated accessibility testing tools during development
- We test with keyboard-only navigation across our website and account portal
- We use semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and proper heading hierarchy throughout all pages
- All interactive elements — buttons, links, form controls, modals, and menus — include appropriate ARIA roles and labels
- Status messages and alerts in the account portal use ARIA live regions to announce changes to assistive technology
- We review accessibility when updating existing features or adding new account portal functionality
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of our platform may have limited accessibility. We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to address them:
- Third-Party Payment Forms: Our checkout and payment flows use Stripe and PayPal embedded forms which are managed by those providers. While both services maintain their own accessibility programs, their form elements may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA in all cases and are outside our direct control.
- Google reCAPTCHA: Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 for spam prevention. While reCAPTCHA v3 operates invisibly in most cases, users who are presented with a challenge may encounter accessibility barriers. If you have difficulty submitting a form, please reach out to us directly via email.
- Account Portal Dashboards: Some real-time dashboard views within the account portal contain dense data displays and KPI indicators that may be difficult to navigate with screen readers. We are working to improve heading structure and ARIA labelling in these areas.
- Revenue and Analytics Charts: Graphical data visualisations in reporting sections may not convey all information to screen reader users. Where possible, the underlying data is also presented in table form.
We are committed to remediating these limitations on an ongoing basis as part of our regular development cycle.
