Can I Import My Existing Data?
Yes. AccuArk includes a full Data Exchange Center that lets you import and export data using standard CSV files. The system supports 15 data types including inventory items, customers, vendors, employees, chart of accounts, opening balances, bank transactions, outstanding invoices, outstanding bills, stock levels, serial numbers, CRM deals, price tiers, and categories.
The import wizard walks you through each step — select your CSV file, map your columns to AccuArk fields, preview and validate your data, then import. AccuArk also supports upsert, which means re-importing a file will update existing records instead of creating duplicates.
To get started, open the Data Exchange Center from the Program menu inside AccuArk.
