Who Can See Internal Notes on Tickets?
Internal notes are visible to all staff members who have access to the ticket.
Can I Edit or Delete a Ticket Note?
Notes are permanent and cannot be edited or deleted, preserving the integrity of the audit trail.
Can I Email a Report Directly from AccuArk?
Export the report to PDF first, then attach it to an email using your email client or AccuArk's email feature.
Why Is My CSV Showing Numbers as Text in Excel?
Excel may auto-format CSV values as text. Use the Text to Columns feature to convert them back to numbers.
Can I Schedule Automatic Report Exports?
Reports are generated on demand and cannot currently be scheduled for automatic export.
