Can I Import My Existing Data?

Yes! AccuArk© supports data import from Excel files (.xlsx, .xls). You can import:

What Can Be Imported?

  • Products and inventory — SKUs, names, prices, quantities, categories
  • Customer information — Names, contact details, addresses
  • Vendor/supplier details — Company names, contacts, terms

Supported File Formats

Currently, we support Excel format only (.xlsx and .xls):

  • Microsoft Excel 2007 and newer (.xlsx)
  • Microsoft Excel 97-2003 (.xls)

Note: CSV files are not currently supported directly. You'll need to convert CSV data to Excel format before importing.

How to Import

  1. Log into your AccuArk© application
  2. Navigate to the relevant section (Products, Customers, or Vendors)
  3. Click the Import button
  4. Select your Excel file
  5. Map columns to AccuArk© fields
  6. Review and confirm the import

Tips for Successful Import

  • Clean your data before importing (remove duplicates, fix formatting)
  • Use our import templates for best results
  • Start with a small test import to verify mapping
  • Back up your existing data before large imports
