What Happens to My Data If I Cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything you need.
Timeline
| Time | What Happens |

| Day 0 | You cancel your subscription |
| Days 1-30 | Data remains accessible, read-only |
| Day 31+ | Data is permanently deleted |
During the 30-Day Window
You can:
- Access your account portal
- View your data
- Export reports and records
- Download invoices and receipts
You cannot:
- Process new sales
- Add new data
- Use the POS system
How to Export Your Data
- Log into your account portal
- Go to Settings → Data Export
- Select the data you want to export
- Download in your preferred format (Excel, CSV)
After 30 Days
- All your business data is permanently deleted
- This includes sales records, customer data, inventory, etc.
- This action is irreversible
- We cannot recover deleted data
Thinking About Reactivating?
If you cancel and want to come back:
- Within 30 days: Contact support — we may be able to restore your account
- After 30 days: You'll need to start fresh with a new subscription
