What Happens to My Data If I Cancel?

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything you need.

Timeline

During the 30-Day Window

You can:

  • Access your account portal
  • View your data
  • Export reports and records
  • Download invoices and receipts

You cannot:

  • Process new sales
  • Add new data
  • Use the POS system

How to Export Your Data

  1. Log into your account portal
  2. Go to Settings → Data Export
  3. Select the data you want to export
  4. Download in your preferred format (Excel, CSV)

After 30 Days

  • All your business data is permanently deleted
  • This includes sales records, customer data, inventory, etc.
  • This action is irreversible
  • We cannot recover deleted data

Thinking About Reactivating?

If you cancel and want to come back:

  • Within 30 days: Contact support — we may be able to restore your account
  • After 30 days: You'll need to start fresh with a new subscription
