FAQ: How do I check how many locations and machines I have?

Checking Locations

1. Go to Program → Locations
2. The grid shows all locations — count the rows to see your total
3. Remember: disabled locations also count toward your subscription limit

Checking Machines

1. Go to Program → Machines
2. Select "All Stores" in the Location dropdown to see every machine
3. By default, only active machines are shown
4. Toggle "Show Inactive" to see disabled machines too

Understanding Your Limits

When you try to create a new location or activate a machine and hit a limit, the error message shows your current count and plan limit:

• "Your subscription allows a maximum of X location(s). You currently have Y."
• "This location already has X active machine(s), which is the maximum of Y allowed by your plan."
