FAQ: How do I create a new store location?

Quick Answer

  1. Go to Program → Locations
  2. Click Add New Location
  3. Enter the location name, address, phone, and email on the Information tab
  4. Click Save & Close

What You Need to Know

  • Your subscription must have an available location slot. If you are at your limit, you will see a "Subscription Limit" message and the location will not be created.
  • Both active and disabled locations count toward your subscription limit.
  • After creating the location, assign tax rates on the Tax Rates tab.
  • Super Admin users are automatically granted access to the new location.

Next Steps After Creating a Location

  1. Open the new location and assign tax rates on the Tax Rates tab
  2. Configure policies, email, and payment processing as needed
  3. Create POS machines for the location via Program → Machines → New
