Machine Settings: Payment Methods Configuration
The Payments & Accounts → Payment Methods subtab controls which payment methods are available on the POS screen and how they behave.
Basic Payment Methods

Other Payment Methods
When "Enable Other Payments" is checked, you can further enable:

Digital Wallet and Advanced Payments

Note: A note label below these settings shows which payment processor supports the selected digital methods. If no compatible processor is configured, these methods will not function.
Split Payment Settings

Additional Payment Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Require Customer Info with Credit | Forces the cashier to attach a customer record before processing a credit card payment |
| Allow Refund to Different Payment Method | Allows refunding to a method different from the original payment (e.g., refund a card payment as cash) |
| Enable Quick Add | Enables the Quick Add feature which lets cashiers create new inventory items on the fly when an item is not found during a sale |
Cash Drawer Auto-Open Settings
Configure which payment types automatically open the cash drawer:

Tip: Most businesses only enable drawer opening for Cash and Check payments, since there's no physical exchange needed for card or digital payments.
