Connection Errors and Sync Issues
Having trouble connecting to AccuArk© servers? Here's how to troubleshoot.
Check Your Internet First
Basic Connectivity
- Can you browse websites? If not, fix your internet first.
- Try a different browser to test.
- Check if other devices on your network have issues.
Speed Test
AccuArk© needs stable internet:
- Minimum: 5 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload
- Run a speed test at speedtest.net
Common Error Messages
"Unable to connect to server"
- Check your internet connection
- Verify firewall isn't blocking AccuArk©
- Try disabling VPN if using one
"Sync failed"
- Usually temporary — wait a moment and retry
- Check server status in your account portal
- Contact support if persistent
Firewall & Network Settings
Allow Through Firewall
AccuArk© needs access to:
- Port 443 (HTTPS)
- Our server domains (*.accuark.com)

- Record when it started
- Check if it affects one or all machines
