What To Do If Your Payment Fails
Don't worry — failed payments happen, and they're usually easy to fix. Here's what to do.
Why Payments Fail
Common reasons for payment failures:
- Expired card — your card expiration date has passed
- Insufficient funds — not enough balance available
- Card replaced — you got a new card number
- Bank declined — your bank flagged the transaction
- PayPal funding source issue — linked card or bank has a problem
What Happens When Payment Fails
- We'll retry — our system automatically retries failed payments a few times
- You'll get an email — with instructions to update your payment method
- Grace period — you have time to fix the issue before service interruption
- Service continues — your AccuArk system stays active during the grace period
