Can I Upgrade or Downgrade My Plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time through your account portal.
Upgrading
If you need more locations or machines:
- Log into your account portal
- Go to Subscription settings
- Select your new plan
- Get immediate access to additional capacity
Billing: You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading
If your needs change:
- Log into your account portal
- Go to Subscription settings
- Select your new plan
- Change takes effect on your next billing cycle
Important: Make sure you're not using more capacity than your new plan allows before downgrading.
What Doesn't Change
Regardless of plan changes:
- All features remain available
- Your data stays intact
- No service interruption
- Support remains available
