Can I Cancel My Subscription?

Can I Cancel My Subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

During Free Trial

If you cancel during your free trial period:

  • You won't be charged anything
  • Your access continues until the trial ends
  • No questions asked

After Trial (Paid Subscription)

If you cancel a paid subscription:

  • Your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period
  • You maintain full access until then
  • No partial refunds (you've paid for the full period)
  • If no paid period is left when you cancel — for example, your subscription is past due for its renewal or first payment, or you are billed by invoice and nothing has been paid yet on your current period's invoice — access ends at once.

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your account portal
  2. Go to Subscription settings
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

After Cancellation

  • Once your subscription ends, there is no access to the software or your data — export what you need before then
  • Your data is kept for the data-retention period shown in our Terms of Service, and reactivating within it restores your data
  • After that period, our team permanently deletes the data

Thinking of Coming Back?

If you cancel and later decide to return:

  • You can re-subscribe at any time
  • A new trial may not be available
  • Previous data cannot be recovered once it has been deleted
