How to Update Your Billing Information
Keep your payment information current to avoid service interruptions.
Update Credit Card
- Log into your account portal
- Navigate to Subscription → Billing
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter your new card details
- Click "Save"
Your new card will be used for all future charges.
Update Billing Address
- Log into your account portal
- Navigate to Profile → Billing Address
- Update your address fields
- Click "Save Changes"
View Billing History
- Log into your account portal
- Navigate to Subscription → Invoices
- View or download past invoices
Payment Failed?
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- Log in and update your payment method
- The system will retry the charge
- Your service continues during the grace period
