Managing Your Support PIN
Your Support PIN is a unique 6-digit code that helps verify your identity when you contact our support team.
What Is a Support PIN?
- A unique 6-digit security code
- Assigned to your account automatically
- Used to verify you are the account owner
- Never share it publicly
When Is It Used?
You may be asked for your Support PIN when:
- Calling phone support
- Requesting account changes via email
- Verifying your identity for sensitive operations
Finding Your Support PIN
- Log into your account portal
- Click your name/avatar in the top right
- Your Support PIN is displayed there
Regenerate Your PIN
If you believe your PIN has been compromised:
- Log into your account portal
- Go to Profile → Security
- Click "Regenerate Support PIN"
- Your old PIN is immediately invalidated
Security Tips
- Never share your PIN publicly (forums, social media, etc.)
- Only provide your PIN to official AccuArk© support
- Our team will only ask for your PIN, never your password
- If someone asks for your password claiming to be support, it's a scam
